DELIVERY INFORMATION

From when you place your order we will contact you to make payment, once payment has been processed through our shops card machine we will dispatch your order within 24 hours. We aim for you to receive your order within 2-3 workings days from receipt of order, all orders will be dispatch Royal Mail 24 tracked.

All delivery on orders over £100.00 within the UK is Free of Charge.  Orders under £100 will have a £6.00 delivery charge applied (Royal Mail 24 tracked).

Please allow 5 days before contacting us to chase a delivery. You will be issued with a tracking number for your delivery and you can track the progress of your package via the Royal Mail website: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

Our cigars are packaged in a sealed bag with a small boveda pack to keep them fresh during delivery.  Please unpack them and store correctly as soon as possible after receipt.
